Marketer
to join their team. The Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans and identifying resources to meet the census goals of a Skilled Nursing Home (about 200+ beds). The successful candidate will have experience in developing strategic marking plans to build relationships with hospitals, external businesses, outside vendors, community organizations, etc., to generate admissions at the facility and enhance the Nursing Home brand. Interacts with community leaders, social workers, case managers, and discharge planners to maintain and develop referral relationships.Work with the Admissions department to meet short-term and long-range census goals.Create, manage and monitor new business development plansCommunicate with SNF Administrators to be abreast of policies affecting Admissions and finances.Requirements:
Prior Marketing experience for Skilled Nursing Facilities -
a mustKnowledge of Medicare and Medicaid insurance systemsKnowledge of Healthcare, Medical facilities, and Hospital systems, especially in Brooklyn#IND123
