Web Producers are responsible for transforming the clients’ existing websites into an Inception website using Inception predefined and prebuilt standards. This is more of a data entry position than creative. Web Producers should be motivated, detail-orientated, and able to follow complex directions.
The Career Opportunity:
As a Web Producer, you will play a pivotal role in website production. You will be responsible for the website after onboarding until it goes live. You will work with sales and onboarding to ensure that all requests and information are transferred to their new site, update all the information to Inception SEO standards, and deliver the highest-quality product to our clients.
Website production experience is not required, but you must be a dedicated, collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
This position is located in Green Bay, Wisconsin working 5 days a week in the office.
Areas of Accountability:
Managing multiple accounts, projects, and deadlines simultaneouslyUsing analytics: Measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) and meeting the goalsSeeing a website through to completion after the initial client onboarding to the site going liveStrong Team Environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with internal teams and coworkers. Proven ability to communicate with tact, clarity, and accuracy.Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilitiesExcellent proofreading skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate technical information .Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.Technical aptitude and a willingness to learn new software and systems. Basic computer knowledge a mustBasic knowledge of layout design formatting and colors.Maintain high standards of integrity and accountability

This includes internal and external market factors as well as your individual experience and skills. These considerations can cause compensation to vary but we reasonably expect to pay between $46000-$68650 for this position.
