Location:Marketing Event Coordinator in Salt Lake City, UT at Franklin Covey Careers **Location:****Experience:**Not Specified **Job Description****Title: Marketing Event Coordinator****Reports to: Senior Manager, Marketing Events****Remote Work - anywhere in Utah**The primary role of the Marketing Event Coordinator is to coordinate internally produced marketing events. They will be responsible for internal collaboration, project management, design, and production of our live and recorded webcasts and live in person events (pending their future return). This includes managing regular event creation meetings, scheduling event dates with key internal partners, working with the demand generation team to fill the event, producing the event, identifying key industry partners, managing a budget, and monitoring results from all the events. The role will require strong communications skills and attention to accuracy and detail.**What Youll Do:*** Coordinate live webcasts with key internal partners in a timely manner ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.* Manage the creation and planning of new recorded webcasts and take existing recorded webcast marketing efforts to the next level.* Coordinate marketing efforts with the demand generation team to fill the event.* Work closely with and communicate clearly with our consultants.* Identify, negotiate, and manage significant strategic direction to create alliances, and build relationships that support the organizations current and emerging directions.* Communicate regularly with team members and build working relationships across teams and departments.* Support special projects as required.* Operates within FranklinCovey corporate identity guidelines and company communication standards.**Job Requirements****JOB REQUIREMENTS****What Were Looking For:*** This position requires a minimum of 3 years of B2B marketing experience. Event marketing experience is preferred.* The ideal candidate has a bias for action, a pattern of achievement, energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and is not afraid to get out of their comfort zone to learn something new or solve a problem.* Exceptional time management and planning skills and the ability to prioritize with minimal oversight.* Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.* Ability to adapt and be flexible in an ever-changing environment and list of assignments.* Ability to execute under accelerated timeframes and quickly adapt to changes in priorities.* Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly.* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.* BA/BS in business or related field is preferred.**Company Information**(NYSE: FC) is a global, public company, specializing in organizational performance improvement.
