Peraton is seeking highly qualified candidates to fill this amazing opportunity on for the upcoming

LONG-RANGE ENTERPRISE INTELLIGENCE, SURVEILLANCE, AND RECONNAISSANCE ACTIVITY

(LEIA).Peraton will deliver a broad spectrum of Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Cyber Defense,Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C6ISR) capabilities to support SOCPAC missions and it's AORs. Capabilities include using air, maritime, ground, and space-based platforms to meet mission needs in an ever-changing threat and technology landscape. Our team will provide support to continuously evolve and leverage the latest technologies and best practices to rapidly refresh capabilities and ensure platforms and intelligence operations are optimized to support the SOCPAC missions.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:We are seeking a Journeyman Graphics Specialist will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing both graphic and written communications to support various project presentations, infographics, and external communications related to the training. This role will also require basic programming skills to enhance communication tools and streamline processes. This role involves working closely with project managers, Curriculum developers, Equipment manufacturers and other stakeholders to produce high-quality graphics that meet the needs of our clients and support the overall goals of the organization. The Journeyman Graphics Specialist will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing visual content for presentations, marketing materials, websites, and other digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and create high-quality graphics for a range of media, including digital and print. This includes designing layouts, infographics, illustrations, logos, and other visual content.

Work closely with project managers, content creators, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet client needs and objectives.Brand Adherence: Ensure all graphics are consistent with SOCPAC standards and practices and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all projects.Assist in the production of multimedia content, including video editing, animation, and interactive graphics as needed.Organize and maintain a library of graphics, images, and other visual assets.Ensure that all files are properly named, categorized, and stored for easy retrieval.Review and edit graphics to ensure they meet quality standards, including clarity, accuracy, and overall visual appeal.Make necessary revisions based on customer feedback.Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) to create and edit visual content.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new design techniques. Continuously explore new ideas and creative approaches to enhance the visual impact of designs.Identify areas for improvement in existing documentation and recommend updates to enhance clarity, usability, and overall quality.Ensure all documentation complies with relevant industry standards, military specifications, and security requirements.Maintain a library of technical terminology and ensure logical content structure.

Qualifications

QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong design skills across various media.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant design software.Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Proven experience in creating documents that effectively communicate highly technical material to non-technical audiences.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.Experience working with large-scale, enterprise-class networks and systems is highly desirable.Experience with developing comprehensive style guides.Experience collaborating with product, customer success, and engineering teams.Secret ClearanceSkills:Experience with video editing, motion graphics, or animation.Familiarity with web design and development principles, including HTML/CSS.Experience working in a corporate or government environment.Knowledge of print production processes and best practices.Proficiency in managing and enhancing content for technical manuals, training materials, and software documentation.Ability to work autonomously and within cross-functional teams.

$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
