The Work You'll Do:

The Field Marketing Specialist will execute integrated marketing campaigns that support the various business goals identified during annual operating plans (AOP). This role is responsible for ideating and executing campaigns that drive pipeline growth for North America, primarily focused on our Indirect Tax and Tax Information Reporting product suites. To be successful in this role, creating alignment with and developing relationships with the sales/BDR organization will be critical.

A hallmark of a great field marketer is the ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, the communication style and mindset to foster an effective collaboration with sales teams and leaders and a deep understanding of the tactics needed to execute a successful campaign, including digital and in-person events, email marketing, webinars and content syndication. The ideal candidate will be data-oriented and obsess over program ROI.

This function resides in the Go to Market organization and reports to the Senior Manager, Global Growth Marketing.

More specifically, you will:Develop and drive end to end integration multi touch, multi-channel campaign execution for demand generation using marketing tools available and partnering closely with the brand marketing teamPartner with Customer Marketing team to identify opportunities for customer upsell and cross-sellFocus on extending webinar program lifecycle, including on-demand promotion and post-event content creationManage vendor partnerships and contracts, aligning contract deliverables to overall Go To Market strategy and defining standard processes for 3rd party programs that will ensure projects meet their goalsAssist with the execution of events as needed to drive regional pipelineProactively engage with the direct and indirect sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activitiesClosely collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure programs are aligned with Go To Market strategy and employing effective messagingWhat We Need From You

2+ years of experience in B2B field marketingFamiliar with designing a comprehensive program strategy, including realistic pipeline targets and the steps needed to accomplish our goalsExceptional project management skills and a proven track record of delivering complex marketing programs on time and on budgetHighly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirementsStrategic thinker with a strong curiosity for new marketing trends and best practices that apply to target marketsBasic knowledge of or the ability to proactively learn Salesforce.com and MarketoInteract effectively with teammates, colleagues and customersDue to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check and drug test upon hireWhat Does Sovos Offer You?
