Senior Designer, Email

will be responsible for developing and executing design concepts for the email channel and delivering compelling, brand elevated designs, and partners with cross-functional teams to create elevated email campaigns that will drive engagement and conversion as well as inspire our customers.This is a hybrid position based out of our Northbrook, IL HQA day in the life as a Senior Designer, Email…Develop and execute elevated email designs that are customer-focused and will support the creative/business strategyCollaborate on developing design, presentation and photography concepts for email creativePlan and support email photography art directionDefine and deliver email designs with high productivityProvide direction and mentorship to Designer and Production Designer when neededCollaborate with design leads and external teams to ensure new campaigns are produced at standards that uphold/elevate the company’s brand identityBuild cross-functional relationships and interact daily with internal teams with email initiatives, as appropriateConsistently approach design projects from a user-centered perspectiveManage projects while working within schedule requirementsWhat you’ll bring to the table…Experience with email design and possess an understanding of email design best practicesExtensive knowledge in graphic design with an ability to design solutions that bridge customer and business needsStrong interpersonal communication and presentation skillsStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet all necessary deadlinesDemonstrate flexibility and adaptiveness, collaborating on new designs and campaignsWe’d love to hear from you if you have…Must provide a link to portfolio (including password) on resume or provide PDF samplesBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field5 years of design experience; in retail industry a plusSkilled with Photoshop, InDesign and some knowledge of HTML email#li-hybrid
