PNW Market - Presentation Designer & Communication Lead

**This is a hybrid position; some travel will be required; with an expectation of a minimum of 3 days a week in the office and will require a few nights and weekends. Candidates should live within commuting distance of our Seattle office.**

Who You'll Work With:

Our Pacific Northwest team is seeking a driven and experienced presentation designer and communications lead to join our operations team in support of sales and internal communications. Preferred candidates are those who can quickly build relationships, communicate clearly and effectively and are excited to work on a variety of design projects (e.g. posters, campaign materials, PowerPoint decks, event collateral and SharePoint.) This role will primarily support external sales pursuits and customer deliverables, along with some focus on internal events, collateral and comms.

What You'll Do:• Design & Deliver on a wide variety of digital and printed design requests for events, proposals, client deliverables, internal/external presentations and internal SharePoint sites.• Provide presentation design, content creation and event presentation support for in-person events both on-site and off, including running the deck and working with AV teams during presentations.• Edit, create and refine compelling PowerPoint presentations for internal and external/client stakeholders including RFPs.• Plan, manage and deliver strategic market communications for internal events and programs. This includes writing and reviewing copy for event invitations, website & registration landing pages, etc.• Write, coordinate and edit quality copy for a variety of internal communications, including weekly, monthly internal newsletters. Collecting content, designing graphics and headers. Working in tools including Outlook and Pardot.• Own content creation, navigation and maintenance of internal market SharePoint site, ensuring content stays current and easy to access.• Learn, understand and be a steward for the Slalom brand guidelines and enjoy thinking of new ways to deliver solutions within existing brand.• Update and maintain a shared library of collateral assets.• Work with teams across the organization to support presentation and design needs.

You have a strong bias for action and can prioritize competing projects and tasks.• You are always ready to jump into trying something new. You take ownership and get things done.• Possess a strong business acumen that you use to tell stories with and for our clients as we help them solve their biggest business challenges.

What You'll Bring:• 5+ Years of design experience.• Bachelor's degree.• Proficient in PowerPoint, Canva, Photoshop, Abode Illustrator, InDesign, Outlook and SharePoint.• Portfolio of recent design examples.• Proven ability to set priorities and work independently with little supervision.• Demonstrated problem-solving, organization and multi-tasking capabilities.• Must be available to work some nights and, very rarely, time on the weekends.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range for this role is $89,000 to $100,500. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
