Are you organized, self-motivated, and passionate about hospitality? Oakmont Gardens is seeking a
Marketing Office & Move-In Coordinator
to support our marketing team and assist new residents during their move-in process.
Key Responsibilities:Administrative & Reception Support : Answer and direct incoming marketing calls, manage the lead distribution system, and assist in preparing for tours and marketing visits to meet hospitality expectations.Event Coordination : Support the sales and activities team in planning, implementing, and hosting marketing events.Sales Documentation & Reports : Prepare, coordinate, and process all sales paperwork, including transfers and cancellations. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in Salesforce.Move-In Coordination : Assist prospective residents with the move-in process, from preparing paperwork to providing downsizing tips and connecting them with moving resources.Office Management : Track inventory, order office supplies, manage office schedules, and handle storage unit and parking assignments for residents.New Resident Orientation : Organize and manage the monthly new resident welcome brunch, ensuring a warm and professional introduction to our community.Cross-Training : Cross-trained to assist with sales tours, walk-ins, and provide support for sales-related activities as needed.Qualifications:
Experience : Administrative degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or high school diploma with 5+ years of experience.Skills : Proficient in Microsoft 365 products, tech savvy to learn new systems like our CRM, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Wage: $22-25/hr. depending on experience
