Job OverviewWe are seeking an E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving marketing programs to build brand awareness for small businesses in our Canadian marketplace.LocationSeattle, WA, US (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote)Job ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver online campaigns, including website placements, email campaigns, and push notificationsExecute holiday marketing including deals merchandising, gift guides, and small business storefront updatesCompile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performanceWork effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize workPerform heavy merchandising and marketing executionImprove and refresh storefront siteUpdate headshots and bio blurbs for small businessesSchedule content using internal toolsUse image creation toolsPull reporting for small business dealsCollaborate with internal and external partnersQualifications3-5 years of previous experience within merchandising and marketingSite merchandising experienceBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel: Pivot Table, V-Lookup)Experience in merchandise creationExperience with creation toolsBA in Marketing or relevant experiencePreferred QualificationsPrevious experience in a similar role within a large e-commerce companyKey SkillsMerchandising and marketing experience (3-5 years)Site merchandising experienceProficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookup)Additional InformationFull-time, 40 hours per week (9 am - 5 pm, can be flexible)Contract duration: 4 monthsPossibility for extension or conversion based on performanceWhat We OfferCross-collaboration with various teamsStrong team culturePartnerships with small businessesRapidly growing Canadian marketplaceThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 to $44/HR.
