Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Drafter or Designer with a strong background in mechanical/piping or HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team-oriented environment and be willing to work outside of their comfort zone, contributing to projects that span multiple engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed mechanical/piping or HVAC designs using relevant drafting software.Collaborate with Civil, Structural, and MEP engineers to create integrated design solutions.Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.Participate in multidisciplinary project teams, contributing expertise across various engineering disciplines.Ensure designs meet project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory codes.Assist in the coordination of project timelines, resources, and deliverables.Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure designs are accurate and feasible.Be proactive in learning new skills and taking on tasks that may be outside your primary area of expertise.Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, Design Technology, or a related field.Strong background in mechanical/piping or HVAC drafting/design.Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.Experience in Civil/Structural or MEP engineering environments is a plus.Willingness to work across discipline lines and contribute to projects outside your primary field.Excellent teamwork and communication skills.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to adapt to new challenges and learn new skills as needed.
