Description:Senior Art Director

The Senior Art Director will report to the Creative Director and work within a multi-disciplinaryteam to produce work that is culturally-relevant, newsworthy, and deserving of a consumer’s timeand attention. You are fierce advocate for the consumer and want to become a voice in how Client can generate excitement and expand it’s audience. At heart, you’re a designer. In life, you see what most people miss. You love what you do because no two days are the same and each day presents you with a new puzzle requiring an elegant solution. You still get that familiar physical sensation when a thought suddenly turns into an idea. You’re driven to breathe life into new ideas. You don’t think there is such a thing as a small brief—just small ideas. You’ve never seen perfection but, you think Project Managers are pretty close. And, while you still like to be hands on, you are quite comfortable collaborating as part of a team and directing work done by the internal team and outside partners. You are also ready to grow. Though you may still be figuring out your future path (which willbe bright and filled with gorgeous work), you’re interested in putting down some roots and to see what you can learn when you immerse yourself in a brand. You’re fascinated by the idea of havinga more direct impact on how a brand looks and is perceived. In fact, the idea of being able to create and implement a design experience and system across a brand has always been on your bucket list.At Client, you will work on projects solo and with partners, and provide direction to supporting creatives. Briefs will be big and small. Some projects will have lots of time. Others, not so much. Some projects will arch into the blue sky and some will keep you planted on earth. Days will pass quickly. You will work directly with your marketing colleagues and other teams, and present your own work. You will be encouraged to be opportunistic and entrepreneurial in finding unexpected ways to bring consumers closer to the brand. At Client, we trust our creatives to get the job done. We also trust that they will maintain integrity and professionalism while working with their team and their marketing partners to help sustain a positive work culture and environment.
