DescriptionEstablished Medical organization is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to be part of their team of professionals.REMOTE (Eastern Time ONLY) APPLY TODAY!The Marketing Coordinator ResponsibilitiesEstablish, grow, and maintain a computerized customer and prospect database.Design and implement successful marketing campaigns.Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities.Provide clear communication to management and site contacts regarding study timelines, objectives, and enrollment goals.Edit WordPress sites.Prepare reports by collecting data from multiple outlets.Design, edit and produce promotional materials.Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter and LinkedIn.Review patients and clients comments and inquiries and respond as indicated.Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional campaigns.Assist in analyzing marketing data to help determine future marketing strategies.Manage marketing study budgets and invoicing processes.Possess a high degree of accountability, integrity, and the ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality in all company matters.Perform all duties in a safe and prudent manner.Represent the organization in a professional and courteous manner (verbal, written and in appearance) when interacting with all staff, clients, and vendors.Additional duties as assigned by management.The Marketing Coordinator RequirementsBA/BS in Marketing or Communications or equivalent.1 years experience requiredDemonstrates core values & all skills set required.Thorough understanding of marketing elements and research methods.Must have experience using marketing and design programs and marketing vendors (InDesign, WordPress, html, MailChimp, Google Analytics, Canva, Promo.com, Simpl.fi, Zapier, video editing).Must have experience with Microsoft office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel) as well as internet-based applications.Must be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, be able to work independently and on a team, and the ability to stay on task.Must have good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.Must have good critical thinking skills and be able to work at a brisk pace.Must have writing skills and experience with editing, formatting, proofreading, and tracking information in Excel spreadsheets.Must have experience creating professional-looking marketing collateral with a strong eye for graphic design.Must have the ability to adapt and take on additional tasks as requested.Must have excellent customer service and telephone skills.IMMEDIATE HIRESWe Offer Full Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision.Referral bonusFree online Career Focused Courses while working for us!Apply NowApplicant Privacy PolicySeniority level Entry levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function Marketing and SalesIndustries Staffing and Recruiting#J-18808-Ljbffr
