Join the Apple Developer Product Marketing team to help the developer community bring their innovative ideas to life through their apps and games. We’re looking for an experienced and highly-motivated product marketing manager to create outstanding developer facing content and communications across multiple channels for our global developer community. Our work spans the Apple Developer Program, product launches, new technologies, the annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) and much more. You are passionate about helping developers create innovative, well-designed, and powerful products. You have experience working in digital content production and collaborating with both creative and technical teams. And you should be well versed in driving high-visibility, large-scale projects and working within a large, cross-functional team. And most importantly, you are passionate about the Apple developer community and excited to help developers learn. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys deconstructing detailed concepts into excellent and easy-to-understand material. We’re especially interested in people who enjoy writing and creating for multiple mediums and channels. Description

In this role, you will: Create great copy, compelling stories, campaigns and content, you’ll enrich the developer experience ensuring multi-media, multi-channel engagement. You’ll collaborate with a number of teams across Apple to bring these ideas to life. Be adept at measuring and reporting on the success of content and channels, and ready to introduce and drive new approaches. You have a passion for strengthening and building community within a global, diverse workforce. Collaborate cross-functionally across many organizations especially in the content space. We are a global organization, your ability to work across teams and communication platforms is a must. Make clear recommendations that improve the developer experience — and see them through. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing and editing, collaboration and brainstorming sessions, continuous education on the latest technology and design frameworks, coordinating with production teams, collaborating with partners across Apple, and developing relationships with third-party developers. We value collaboration and attention to detail and are looking for candidates who can be resourceful, adaptable, and creative with high energy and positivity.

Minimum Qualifications

At least 5+ years successfully creating content, leading programs, defining and driving developer-facing strategies.

Bachelor’s degree, marketing, editorial writing, computer science, or related field preferred.

Ability to create clear processes, while maintaining flexibility for change.

Works across cross-functional teams and geographies while demonstrating integrity.

Track and report on key metrics, identify trends to understand what’s driving performance, spotlight opportunities and recommendations for improvement.

Contribute to an inclusive environment through respecting each others' differences and having the curiosity to learn.

Create competitive and breakthrough strategies that show a clear connection between vision and action.

Introduce new ways of looking at problems, encouraging diverse thinking to promote and nurture innovation.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $115,100 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
