As a Marketing and Brand Manager, you will connect client services to the local community, discuss the best options for potential consumers, and assist them through the sales process.
Duties as a Marketing and Brand Manager include:
Initiate direct communication with members of the community to discuss client products and services and incite the sales processBuild vital knowledge of the industry and comprehensive client abilities to provide the most complete customer service possibleContinue communication with new customers beyond the sales closure to guarantee a smooth activation of client servicesOrganize trainee development to ensure that they are meeting client standards and reaching their sales and customer service goalsAttend and conduct training sessions on customer service, sales, client expectations, product knowledge, and marketing strategy to ensure that all employees are on the same page and performing effectivelyMarketing and Brand Management Position Requirements:
College degree preferred or in the process of completion is preferred1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, and/or marketingFull-time availability with the flexibility of nights and weekends for projectsReliable transportation to the local office daily and client meetingsAbility to start within a two-week time frame from hire date
