The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing department by working as a project traffic coordinator gathering content, supporting ongoing branding, reporting, video/photo editing and providing administrative support.

This is a full-time, temporary position, expected to last about three months.

Responsibilities

Coordinates the deployment of email, social media, and digital campaignsCompiles and publishes activity and metrics reportsSupports marketing tactics, including website and social media to drive stakeholder engagementCreates and maintains current projects and statuses using Asana with attention to deadlinesMaintains collateral, marketing tools, equipment inventory, and marketing libraryMaintains content approval processes to ensure messaging is consistent with marketing strategies and brandingAccepts ownership for accomplishing new and different requestsExplores opportunities to add value to job accomplishmentsProvides administrative support to the marketing departmentSupport other marketing initiatives and tasks, as neededMultimedia Duties:

shoots, edits, and optimizes photography and videographyQualifications

Education/Experience

High school/GED required; bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred.One year marketing experience required.Adobe Creative Cloud and Premier experience preferred.Additional Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including superior composition, typing and proofreading skillsAbility to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule formKnowledgeable about and experience with website functionality and can make updates within the WordPress CMSKnowledgeable about and experience with fundamentals and can produce analytics reportsExperience with social media software and calendar development, such as HootsuiteExcellent technical marketing skills, including social media, email, website, video, and print collateralAbility to build effective relationships with all levels within the organizationExcellent initiative, creativity, flexibility, and persistenceAbility to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent planning and organizational abilityAbility to work as part of a team as well as independentlyAbility to work with highly confidential information in a professional and ethical mannerPhysical Requirements

Ability to lift/carry 10 lbs/weightAbility to stand for long periods of time

Pay range: $28.47-$37.92 per hour, depending on experience.
