We are currently expanding our Federal team and are seeking a passionate and talented Graphic Artist.

This opportunity is 100% remote.The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's business objectives by creating visually compelling and impactful materials that enhance the brand and communicate key messages. This individual will collaborate closely with various teams to develop and design a variety of materials that align with the organization's strategic goals and messaging. This position is 100% remote.

Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government suitability clearance

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

Create high-quality graphic design assets, including:

InfographicsPresentationsMarketing collateral (brochures, flyers, etc.)Social media graphicsWebsite design elementsEmail templates

Brand Consistency:

Ensure that all visual materials adhere to the organization's brand guidelines and style guide.Collaboration:

Work closely with teams such as Strategic Communications, Media, and Business Development to understand project objectives, target audiences, and messaging.Creative Thinking:

Develop innovative and creative design concepts that effectively convey the organization's message.Technical Proficiency:

Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.Media Production:

Engage in media production, including planning, scriptwriting, audio and video recording, computer graphics, animation, final editing, and distribution.Web Development:

Support web development and maintenance, including content, web design.Accessibility:

Ensure that all designs comply with accessibility standards, such as Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.Continuous Improvement:

Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance processes and outputs.Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of graphic design and web development experience.Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with varying personalities.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience.Desktop publishing experience.Proficiency in online/virtual collaboration tools including WebEx, Zoom, and Skype.
