We're revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.As a key member of our GSM Marketing Operations team, the Senior Marketing Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and operational efficiency within our Global Marketing function. This role will require depth of experience in managing a PRC/MLR review process in medical devices or a similar category, coupled with an ability to lead/influence stakeholders and partners toward adopting new systems, tools and processes that will reinforce compliance while increasing efficiency.What You'll Work OnManage the end-to-end review and approval lifecycle of promotional materials, utilizing electronic review system (Veeva PromoMats)Collaborate cross-functionally with Regulatory, Medical, Legal, Marketing, and AgenciesEnsure material submissions meet quality standards prior to circulation to Reviewers and provide proactive guidance where neededPRC meeting management and facilitation: This includes but is not limited to agenda planning, calendar management, handling of expedite reviews, and capturing consensus outcomes during live discussion meetingsSupport escalation process in partnership with Marketing teamsEnsure Agencies, Marketers, and Reviewers receive appropriate PRC/MLR process training and adhere to process guidelines and best practicesInvolved in the planning and execution of product launches, new indications, and label updates in partnership with Marketing and RegulatorySupport material prioritization efforts in partnership with MarketingLead and partner with Ad Promo specialists that in MLR submission priority management, while collaborating with marketing teams and other stakeholders to ensure assets move quickly through the process; and track timely approval of promotional materials for efficient reviewIdentify and resolve issues to ensure reviews are efficiently completed throughout the stages of the approval processOversee and track electronic review cycles to meet approval timelinesInvolved in project work supporting continuous improvement and innovationRepresent Abbott Diabetes Care as the global lead for divisional MLR processes, best practices, and digital solutionsRequired QualificationsBachelors Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience5+ years of relevant project management experience.Extensive in-depth knowledge of project planning techniques and working knowledge of automated project planning tools required.Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders; mobilize and motivate teams; set direction and approach; resolve conflict; deliver difficult messages; execute with limited information and ambiguity.Leadership and influencing skillsSound business and technical acumenExperience with stakeholder managementAbility to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally.Strong presentation skillsAbility to remove barriers and enable teams to complete their objectivesExcellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience within healthcare Ad Promo MLR/PRC processes preferredPrefer experience in sales operations, marketing operations, and compliance operations.Experience with digital PRC/MLR solutions and modular content (e.g., Veeva PromoMats, Adobe AEM/Workfront, Veeva Vault, Veeva Claims Library)Apply Now * Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
