About the Role

As the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for driving increased conversion & customer engagement for GlossGenius users and prospects. You will develop campaigns targeting customers at all stages of the customer journey, including lead nurture campaigns, personalized and triggered flows to optimize our feature launch communications and drive word-of-mouth and lifecycle communications.

You'll report to the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing and must be commutable to our NYC office. This role will operate in a hybrid environment with 2 days per week in the office (Tuesdays & Thursdays).

What You'll DoDesign and execute feature release campaigns that drive word-of-mouth and referralDesign and execute lead nurturing campaigns that guide SMB and solopreneur buyers through our sales funnelDesign and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns that improve conversion & retentionShowcase the value of our platform to potential GlossGenius buyers through relevant and personalized messagingCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, paid marketing, organic social, and more to create and execute campaigns that achieve business objectives and deliver measurable resultsBecome a customer engagement expert specializing in email marketing, customer journeys, personalization tactics, and cross-channel strategiesUtilize quantitative and qualitative data to identify, track, measure, and optimize the success and impact of our lifecycle marketing programsProvide regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders on program performanceWhat We're Looking For

3+ years experience in a Lifecycle or email marketing role at a B2C or B2SMB company, with a preference for those with SaaS experience; strong preference for experience at a high-growth company with a self-serve funnel and a range of customer sizesProven success at increasing conversion rates and messaging engagement via lifecycle campaignsExperience with and understanding of lifecycle experimentation including A/B and multivariate testingStrong domain knowledge of email, push, in-app, and SMS marketing channelsYou're comfortable with both quantitative and qualitative data, spotting red flags, and working with colleagues to design and launch lifecycle programs that address themExperienced with Iterable & Hubspot preferred (similar mobile-first marketing automation software, like Braze/Customer.io, also accepted), Looker and/or Tableau, Mixpanel/Amplitude, strong fluency in SQL a major plusKnowledge of HTML & CSS for emailExcited about using AI to increase productivity and campaign performanceBenefits & Perks

The starting base salary for this role in NYC is between $108,800-$128,000 + target equity + benefits. The base salary offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Additionally, this role is currently eligible to participate in GlossGenius's equity plan as well as a range of health & wellbeing, retirement savings, and other benefits within our total rewards offering.
