Senior Designer

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team, specializing in Senior Living and Multifamily Design. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Revit, skilled in creating detailed construction documents, and capable of leading design projects from concept to completion.Key Responsibilities:Design Leadership:Lead conceptual and schematic design phases. Develop innovative solutions that meet client needs within budgets and timelines. Ensure alignment with client expectations and industry standards throughout the design process.Technical Proficiency:Oversee and produce detailed construction documents in Revit. Integrate architectural, structural, and MEP systems into cohesive designs. Coordinate with other disciplines for comprehensive construction documents.Client Engagement:Act as the primary client contact, presenting design concepts, incorporating feedback, and ensuring satisfaction. Communicate complex design ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.Project Management:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Collaborate on schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Mentor junior designers to foster a collaborative environment.Compliance and Standards:Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and accessibility standards, particularly for senior living.
