The OPC will be responsible for pre-qualifying prospective clients to ensure they meet the established guidelines to attend the presentation.Responsibilities & Duties Delivers a branded and scripted marketing pitch Books qualified prospects for a Vacation Ownership presentation Maintains the site minimum standard for production, bounce-back sales, and budgeted volume per month Books and sells area activities to customers Provides guests with site and area information upon request Remains current on all area attractions, events, and dining options Reports all negative customer experiences to management Responsible for attending all staff meetings and training, as requested by management. Performs accurate accounting and reporting of all shift(s) details as directed by the manager. Adhere to company standards and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or Equivalent. Previous OPC experience is preferred. Tennessee Acquisition Agent License is highly preferred. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to calculate percentages and discounts. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent time management skills, including the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with internal and external Customers. Able to use sound judgment; and work independently, with minimal supervision. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
