Description: Job Summary:In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this position is also responsible for developing materials (e.g., briefings) for events, keynotes, presentations, media engagements, social media, newsletters, and directories; comparing industry campaigns and analyzing resulting metrics and impacts, independently; and cascading standard and nonstandard announcements and critical internal communication updates (e.g., via newsletters, directories) from upper-level leadership.Essential Responsibilities:Pursues effective relationships across teams and/or the organization to obtain and share resources, information, and advice with coworkers and members. Identifies, speaks up, and implements ways to address improvement opportunities within and across teams.Supports strategic business planning and development by: planning and scheduling the gathering, collating, and analyzing of data via interviews, surveys, focus groups, and databases for the purposes of defining initiatives to achieve business objectives, which may include: writing grant proposals and conducting and publishing research, and informing key business decisions; independently documenting project inputs, requirements, and potential risks in strategic business objectives and outcomes; and collaborating across teams to align on routine and unique project deliverables and timelines.Supports legal, regulatory, and compliance adherence by: leveraging advanced knowledge to ensure that others (e.g., clinicians, staff) with information on new or updated organizational and departmental policies, guidelines, procedures, which may include: conducting bill/claim audits, assessing policy/procedure violations to claims, recording audit findings; and executing project related work in accordance with established federal, state, and local policies, guidelines, procedures, laws, regulations (e.g., federal, state and contractual leaves of absence, Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act, Workers compensation, and Return to Work issues to employees and managers), and within established service expectations .Contributes to efforts to develop policies and procedures by: recommending policy updates based on synthesis of analyses pertaining to applicable functions and scope so that they reflect best practice, quality, and adhere to regulatory requirements, independently; and independently writing internal, function-level policies that adhere to departmental, organizational, and industry guidelines, and standards.Supports training by: independently developing training requirements to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards; independently executing the delivery of training programs to stakeholders; and developing standard and non-standard project-based training curriculum for a wide variety of operations related activities. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum two (2) years of experience in Business/Business Administration, Healthcare/ Healthcare Administration, or a directly related field. High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent AND minimum three (3) years of experience working in a corporate or business office environment OR Minimum four (4) years of experience working in a corporate or business office environment.
