The Sr. Marketing Analyst r ecommends and implements strategies to achieve marketing goals for assigned products or services for products lines, market segments, or business units. Performs market research. Prepares proposals, presentations, and communication materials. Participates in the development and design of internal and external marketing literature. Will coordinate graphics production of proposals, projects, marketing literature, and communications.

Essential Functions:

Participate in the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, drive products sales revenue, and enhance visual merchandising impacts in our retail footprint. These include digital strategies, to align with the company’s overall business goals, increase product demand, enhance sales, identify additional sales channels, attract traffic to the company website, and promote an online presence.Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.Understand and leverage the productivity tools associated with the marketing and ecommerce departments project management functions.Utilize search engine optimization (SEO) analytics and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques to increase traffic to the website.Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.Assist in the creation and management of the company’s brand identity, including logo, messaging, and visual elements.Assist in the management of the company’s social media presence and engage with customers and stakeholders.Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.Qualifications:

5+ years' experience in Marketing, Business, or related field.Experience developing and executing marketing strategies for complex organizations.Knowledge of Marketing principles and best practices; branding guidelines and messaging consistency; market research techniques and analysis tools; legal compliance for using logos and trademarks.Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.Excellent communication and organizational skills, along with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.Project/traffic management experience a must.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Experience with a variety of marketing channels, including print, digital, and social media.Experience with budgeting and expense management.Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms.Strong project management skills.Located within commuting distance of the Charlotte, NC area.The Boy Scouts of America is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
