Position Summary...What you'll do...The Associate Director of Retail Marketing Strategy & Performance will be a key driver in the planning of and performance routines of our annual plan (AOP). The AOP serves as a road map of the year's marketing strategy, setting the goals and priorities of the team and the supporting processes to ensure delivery. We live out our company values each day while striving to exceed customer expectations and drive growth for the company.You Will Make An Impact ByMarketing planning & strategy: Facilitate annual (and ongoing) operating planning with a clear vision for inputs needed and synthesis of priorities across the departments; ensure leadership buy in through facilitating key input and alignment moments; partner with PMO to ensure a seamless, inclusive and on time approach for planning.Operating routines: Lead in development of goals and KPI as measures of success of the annual plan; develop and lead routines to monitor progress towards those goals, enabling real-time budget and prioritization conversations to optimize our approach; enable a strategic view and anticipate needs for flex resourcing within Retail Marketing.Integrated Editorial Planning: Work with cross-functional partners to shape routines that drive stronger, more integrated storytelling week to week (bringing strategy to life) across key touchpoints; maintain a master marketing calendar across key seasons to enable consistency in how our strategy and activations are socialized across our organization.You'll Sweep Us Off Our Feet IfYou are a visionary thinker backed by a strong strategic and analytical framing with strong problem solving capabilities.You are customer and data obsessed.
