Solutions Marketing SpecialistLocal to St Paul/Minneapolis MN areaHybridJOB DESCRIPTIONPosition Notes:This is an immediate need to support EBS B2C Solutions Marketing during fall enrollment/implementation season. Position Summary: We are seeking a self-starter with a background in the financial services space to help deliver value day-one by executing key marketing deliverables to support employee benefits open enrollment. Understanding of life and voluntary insurance programs strongly preferred. This person will need to step in quickly to support a variety and high volume of requests for employee-facing marketing materials. Specifically, they will need to be able to interpret contracts and extrapolate the relevant details to coordinate with agency partners to create plan summaries, microsites, post cards, presentations, videos, etc. This person needs to be detailed oriented, focused on accuracy, and be able to learn systems and processes quickly. With a strong roll-up your sleeves and 'get it done' mentality, this independent individual must be able to drive work to completion and manage details working with our creative agency, legal and compliance and members of the enterprise marketing teams. The key responsibilities of the role include: Develop and refine marketing/communication materials tailored to employers and their employees (presentations, communications plans, digital assets, talking points, plan summaries, postcards, newsletters, digital tactics, videos, marketing campaigns, etc.) Work with the enterprise marketing agency, legal and compliance, marketing analytics and the marketing teams to create and update marketing materials; managing assets from start to finish. Meet deadlines and proactively communicate prioritization challenges or roadblocks Create new virtual experiences to support our employers and employee communication (a video-rich 'virtual site visit' experience for employees and to support the sales funnel, and additional sales/promotional videos). Quickly learn new processes and tools including Workfront, Admaster, Adobe, etc.Knowledge/skills: Ability to grasp complex financial concepts and communicate them effectively, succinctly, and appropriately for each medium Critical thinking skills and problem-solving ability Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills to effectively balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Self-starter who can assess needs, make independent decisions and determine action plans to deliver impactful results Ability to adapt content to the desired style Exceptional project management and leadership skills Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPointQualifications:The successful candidate will benefit from having: At least three years of experience within a Marketing/Communications role Experience within financial services Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills. Demonstrated high degree of initiative. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Experience in adhering to various regulatory requirements for marketing literature
