If you are passionate about making an impact in a vibrant industry and working with a forward-thinking team, we invite you to apply for this exciting position.Your responsibilities will include:Designing, editing and executing marketing/business development documents (i.e. digital and print assets) and participate in developing the marketing strategy for BWS
Communicating with market leaders, business development, marketing and other internal stakeholders to set priorities and plan strategies/campaigns that will help achieve sales objectivesExecuting the planning and development of marketing campaigns and social media for the BWS market including:
Collecting and analyzing relevant market dataAssembling detailed data reports on specific market verticals and clients within the Beer, Wine & Spirits industryUtilizing market data to create and disseminate targeted messaging across multiple platformsResearching and analyzing keywords, develop content, develop landing pages and track click-thru rates, conversion rates and overall ROI
Supervising and leading the development of content for the websiteLeading specialty programs or assignments for the BWS marketSupervising multiple tasks/activities and proposal teams against the schedule for delivery and consistencyCollaborating with members of BWS proposal and presentation teams and make recommendationsResearching, designing and writing various proposal and business development collateral focused on the BWS market (i.e., brochures, flyers, postcards, project profiles, advertisements)Leading public relations, advertising and other outside events (i.e. tradeshows) as required, which may require some travelSupervising and authoring content for the internal group database of project descriptions, resumes, standard content, clients, subconsultants, contacts (i.e. CRM)Executing the production and design of qualifications, proposals, presentations, award submittals and other marketing assignments:
Reviewing RFP/RFQ and client's needsPlanning/outlining the criteria/responsibilitiesAssigning responsibilities/monitor deadlinesProducing content which best meets client's criteriaWriting/editing contentLeading kickoff and quality review meetingsLeading presentation development and assist with interview coaching
Researching, organizing and preparing analytics/reports for the BWS marketAssisting in training and supervision of marketing specialist(s) for growth and developmentEducation/Experience:Bachelor's degree (marketing, communications, English, journalism, business administration or technical field)A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry preferred.To thrive in this role, you'll need:Ability to implement marketing and business development principlesAdvanced analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. InDesign)Ability to lead in a collaborative team environmentExperience with CRM databasesAbility to successfully lead project teams or assignmentsAdvanced understanding of graphic design and productionOrganizational and time management skills, multi-tasking and prioritizingExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong editing capabilitiesExtremely detail oriented and acute attention to accuracyAbility to work independentlyStrong analytical and decision-making skillsUnderstanding of marketing and business development principlesAt Haskell, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, professional development opportunities, and more. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information.
