Job DescriptionUp to $3,000 incentive for joining our company!Marketing Compliance AssociateJob Summary:A Marketing Compliance associate works on a small team along with the department director to help ensure company compliance with all applicable marketing regulations.Department Responsibilities Include:Complete compliance proofing and reviews for marketing publications across all media channelsCoordinate and communicate updates to marketing forms and printed materialsReceive and respond to consumer privacy inquiriesCross-train other company associates on privacy requirementsPrepare written communication explaining updates to Lincoln Heritage home office associates and insurance agentsCreate and maintain documentation of various procedures and protocolsParticipate in projects of varying sizes that relate to department responsibilities
Required Skills:Able to work independently and on a teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCompletes work on time and with a high level of accuracyCan organize both one-time and recurring responsibilitiesHybrid Schedule available following training (Split time at Headquarters and Remote)8:30 AM - 5:00 PM - M-F
