Job brief:

The Ad Operations Associate is an experienced associate position responsible for partnering with TWC's Direct and Programmatic Digital Advertising Sales teams and the Client Services Team offering support for the trafficking, management, and optimization of digital ad campaigns. Persons in this role must be able to translate client needs into actionable tasks and see them through to completion. The role involves acquiring a deep understanding of digital ad servers, our order management platforms, and troubleshooting tools.

The impact you'll make:Provide overall support trafficking and launching digital ad campaigns utilizing display ads and video across multiple platforms.Perform quality assurance of all campaign assets including site-served creatives, 3rd party creatives, and 3rd party tracking pixels and wrappers. This includes scanning, testing functionality, and ensuring assets meet TWC's legal requirements, specifications, and standards.Navigate our Order Management Platform and assist the Client Services Team with successfully assembling and pushing campaigns through to the ad server.Organize and map client-provided and internally built creative assets, structure targeting, schedule, and upload creatives within the ad server.Partner with the Client Services Team implementing optimizations, troubleshooting, and overseeing flawless delivery of ad campaigns.Provide support for Programmatic Guaranteed campaigns.Contribute to departmental projects and engage with multiple teams to advance skill sets and comprehension of the wider Digital Ad Operations landscape.Trafficking support for our Marketing team and House/ProBono/Barter fulfillment requests.Support our off-shore Local Advertising Sales Business trafficking team with technical guidance and resolving client issues.Be an intuitive thinker, help incubate new process efficiencies and solutions, and be curious to explore and master new systems and technologies.Establish and maintain strong relationships within the Sales organization.What you've accomplished:

Bachelor's Degree.2+ years of Digital advertising experience.Experience working with HTML, VAST/Video, and other Rich media formats.Experience with order management platforms and display/video ad-serving technologies.Comfortable working as part of an ad trafficking team as well as working independently.Superior organizational skills, extremely detail-oriented, with strong analytics, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, effective time management, and ability to function under tight deadlines.Willing to offer occasional late-night or after-hours support for some of our top strategic accounts and severe weather coverage.Working Knowledge of third-party Ad Ops dev tools (e.g. Charles, Google Dev Tools, DV Campaign Delivery, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, as well as interpersonal skills.Be customer service-oriented and commit to quality.Nice-to-haves:

Experience with Google Ad Manager and Salesforce is a plus.Exposure to Programmatic media, channels, workflow, and its ecosystems.The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can collaborate closely with internal and external partners on a broad range of technical and business topics.The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic learner, self-motivated, and has a passion for problem-solving.Base Salary:

$85,000-$115,000

The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
