Must be located in, or willing to relocate to, the DFW areaBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferredSeven or more years multi-site sales experience to include selling responsibility for independent living, assisted living, and memory careExperience to include marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and sales systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to drive revenue and meet sales targetsStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teamsRequires the ability to travel 25%Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goalsManage and lead the sales and marketing teams to deliver on objectives including divisional sales team, specialists, and the Home Office marketing teamCollaborate with senior executives and regional directors to establish and execute sales goals, accountability, and outcomes of Sales DivisionAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growthDevelop and produce specific sales and marketing plans with communities within divisions and regionsDevelop the sales forecast and maintain accountability for sales goal achievement, including but not limited to respective key metrics and/or budget achievementDirect the training of community sales teams to ensure success in following the strategic sales plans for each communityProvide regular reporting to community and home office on key metrics
