Collaborate closely with marketing and data management team to ensure quality and accuracy of catalog data.
Support catalog production process owner in realizing overall catalog production digitization.
Research features and attributes of vehicles in the US, Canada and Mexico.
Create and maintain accurate vehicle information.
Sourcing, validating and updating vehicle population data.
Calculate market coverage and identify application gaps.
Gather, validate and maintain product application information from internal and external sources.
Lead data management quality review process including KPI reporting.
Ensure all relevant associates are trained, including cross functions, and ensure process is followed at all times.
Lead VitAA Administrator (Bosch product life cycle management platform) for Bosch Mobility Aftermarket North America, and ensure FAQs and helpful tips are provided.
Utilize entrepreneurial spirit to recommend and implement solutions for process improvement and efficiency.
Manage department processes and prepare for audits.
Lead cross-functional team(s) by providing functional support and guidance to implement projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, automotive technology or management.
3-7 years of experience in related field.
Advanced Scrum and/or Agile Methodology background.
Comprehensive knowledge of marketing concepts.
Experience with Microsoft Office Products.
Excellent analytical skills - Analytics software experience; Power BI preferred.
Problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal direction.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation and platform communication skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
A self-starter, highly motivated and capable of working in a dynamic environment.
