Studio Administrator

for our Boston studio. The

Studio Administrator , while working under direct supervision, provides general accounting and administrative support. Specific responsibilities will include:This will be an in-person position for the majority of the time.Assist with monthly billing, including matching backup documentation with applicable projects and preparing invoices for mailingGather and compile information and produce reports (project status, staffing financial, etc.)Prepare invoices and assist with collectionsProcess accounts-payable invoices and expense reportsAssist with phone support - answer and route incoming calls. Greet office visitorsHandle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveriesAnswer routine correspondenceEstablish and maintain filesEnsure office maintenance and assist with ordering of office suppliesAssist with timesheet collectionAssist with program and special projects as neededAssist in planning office-wide events, holiday parties, etc.Qualifications:High School Diploma1+ year in a professional office environment; accounting experience a plusKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Proficient in MS Office SuiteFamiliar with automated accounting systems, preferably DeltekWorking knowledge of one or more multi-line phone systemsIntermediate verbal and written communication skillsIntermediate phone and customer service skillsProven ability to perform a diverse array of functionsProven ability to multi-taskA working knowledge of the Google suite of tools (Meet, Drive, Gmail, Slides, etc)Interior Architects, Inc.
