Apply now, read the job details by scrolling down Double check you have the necessary skills before sending an application.LOCATION: Hybrid, San BrunoANTICIPATED DURATION: 6 monthsUX Program Manager Responsibilities:Lead programs in a large-scale, fast-paced, matrixed environmentConnect with and use the frameworks and tools defined by the UX PgM teamFacilitate collaboration & communication between UX teamsContinuously improve team processes, tools, documentation, and file/asset management to maximize UX team efficiency and ability to scaleManage UX Audits, Office Hours and Project Stand UpsManage incoming bugs and assign/reassign when appropriateUX Program Manager Requirements:Specialized knowledge of UX management and UX processStrong background in process development, optimization and change managementAbility to establish effective relationships, influence, drive consensus and collaborate across all organizational levelsProven ability to multitask, analyze opportunities, define successful approaches, and proactively solve problemsStrong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across multiple types of audiences, including director-levelThe hourly pay rate range for this position is $50.00 to $56.20 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.Synergis is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
