Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the successful candidate will oversee, manage, and optimize our digital operations and MarTech stack (including Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics) to drive better business results. The ideal candidate is data-driven, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is dedicated to achieving measurable results. This role demands exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple projects, ensure the effective integration and deployment of technology and automation, optimize tools, accurately track data, and maintain seamless operations.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Manage and administer marketing automation in Marketo and SalesforceOversee the daily execution of digital marketing programs and campaigns to ensure high quality and timely completionOwn tools and processes to enhance lead progression through the funnel for optimized conversionDevelop and manage the overall operational strategy for attribution, tracking, and marketing performance reportingManage data and analyticsCollaborate with marketing, Investor Relations, and Investor Services teams to ensure seamless client onboardingConduct regular campaign ROI analysis and provide insights to executive stakeholdersWork with marketing team members on strategy, distribution processes, and campaign testingManage data within marketo and Salesforce and maintain a clean databaseKnowledge & SkillsThe ideal candidate for this role:Has experience monitoring and improving performance and engagement across multiple platformsThrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentIs proactive and adaptable to unforeseen project changesPossesses excellent time management skillsMaintains a strong understanding of marketing best practicesIs creative and eager to build processesHas a positive attitude and a can-do approachIs a natural builder and communicator who enjoys work-in-progressIs systems-oriented, highly organized, and meticulous in note-takingHas a customer-focused mindsetQualifications5+ years of experience in marketing automation systems and process designBachelor’s degreeStrong working knowledge of Marketo, Google Analytics and marketing technology trendsExtensive experience with SalesforceProficiency in data and analytics, including database setup and cleanup, funnel analysis, campaign ROI analysis, and pipeline reportingExpertise in designing workflow strategies and processes
