Genesis10 is currently seeking a Network/System Engineer with our client in the financial industry located in Chicago, IL and Addison, TX. This is a 12 + month contract position.

Manage overall program execution and program health inclusive of tasks, risks, dependencies, and impedimentsAccountable for end-to-end plan ensuring delivery by expected dateCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize dependent tasks, track open deliverables to closureEngage and support client and vendor teams to define critical tasks and inter-dependencies needed to deliverTrack watch items, issues, and risks with corresponding mitigation plans for disposition before implementationTrack user experience testing and document results, if requiredManage user migration, communication, and training for programs as requiredDrive development of service management measures and KPIs as requiredAs needed, document improvement plans over the course of deliveryPrepare briefing notes, reports, program updates, and action plans for Senior ManagementInteract effectively with teams, internal customers, and leadership as neededHandle multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements:
7+ years' experience working on technology initiativesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced proficiency with Microsoft VisioDemonstrated experience delivering M365 or Regulated Messaging Services preferred, or equivalent technical projectsAbility to work well with other bank team members to deliver on their tasksStrong communication (written and spoken skills)Expert organizational skills and analytical skillsEffective attention to detail and ability to determine course of action as requiredAble to learn client's system and tollgates needed to perform role
Desired skills:
Knowledge of JiraBachelor's degree
Pay Range: $63.68 - $71.68
