Have you got what it takes to succeed The following information should be read carefully by all candidates.Tuesday, May 14, 2024OVERVIEW OF ROLE, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND SKILL EXPECTATIONS:The primary responsibility of this position is to provide the company with information, insights, and formal communication skills regarding industry trends, customers, markets, consumers, competitors, and performance metrics to support senior management decisions regarding marketing, sales, operations, and financial activities.DATA INFORMATION:Manage, analyze, and interpret key industry metrics utilizing various sources of information including syndicated scan data, consumer demographics, advertising and promotional reports, beverage industry reports, customer information, and industry reports.PRESENTATIONS:Design, create, and provide the organization with ‘best-in-class’ presentations to support sales and all customer selling efforts. Presentation skills required include being an articulate communicator, effective speaker, and confident messenger with advanced technical knowledge of Microsoft Office Platforms: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Office, and Teams.Customer Selling Stories:

Work closely with senior sales leadership teams to provide compelling sales and marketing information to support sales efforts in growing the business and relationships with company customers, distributors, and suppliers.Company Sales Meetings:

Create, design, distribute, and participate in quarterly sales meeting templates to review budgets, sales results, programs, and ‘state-of-the-business’ presentations.PROVIDE MARKETING / BRAND INSIGHTS:Act as a liaison between sales and marketing functions by building personal relationships and providing information and research support among all key positions within sales. Assist in the roll-out of new products by providing insightful industry facts or trends to support the marketing introduction and rationale with customers.MerchMx:

Create Ad-Hoc ‘State-of-the-Industry’ presentations to inform, engage, and support the MerchMx leadership team on company activities and industry trends. Create quarterly ‘State-of-the-Industry’ presentations to the team and view top retailer sales results among top measured customers.ANALYTICS:Support the Business Intelligence team, who is responsible for all insightful business analysis and relevant research services and/or supplier contracts.Consumer Analysis of Purchase Dynamics:

Utilize research services to monitor and measure all key consumer purchase data.
