The ideal candidate will be technical, data-driven, creative, business savvy, and love elegant user experiences. They will be growth-oriented and able to strive for product-market fit with their teams.What You Will Be DoingAs a Product Manager on the Core Workflows team, you will be the pivotal link between executive stakeholders, engineers, researchers, and UX designers. Your decisions will be data-driven, rooted in analytics and user insights. Additionally, you will align your strategies with our company's core values and long-term objectives. This role also entails collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategic product roadmaps that align with business goals and user needs.Job Requirements

6+ years of Product Management experienceAbility to tackle large initiatives that deliver short- or long-term revenue for the companyStrategic view of the business to advance the platform's performance and reliabilityDeep sense of ownership and expert problem-solving skillsProactive and effective communicatorClear grasp of building an MVP and refining it towards product-market fit
