$75-$80/hrTOP 3 SKILLS:5-7 years of audience development demand generation experience3+ years of Salesforce experienceExperience in the B2B enterprise software industrySUMMARY:Our client is actively looking for an experienced Audience Development and Demand Generation Manager to support a growing portfolio of executive events. You'll work on a variety of programs which directly help drive our business by enabling our client's most senior executives to connect with their peers. Primary focus for this role will be on audience demand generation to ensure targeted contacts from the high priority accounts are participating in our exclusive executive events, and ultimately deliver business impact.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Develop and execute comprehensive audience development and demand gen strategy to maximize event attendance and engagement in our client's portfolio of executive event programsEngage the RIGHT contacts from the RIGHT accounts to participate in our executive event programsDesign and implement strategies to attract, engage, and convert executive contacts to confirmed attendeesAdvocate for sales and marketing alignment to ensure optimization across the organizationKeen eye on performance metrics with focus on ROIHave a deep understanding of the executive audience and our customers, ensuring their interests, priorities, and business goals are considered when targeting them to attend programsEstablish and manage nomination process for invitation-only eventsCollaborate with sales executives, field marketing, creative and other cross functional marketing groupsBasic Qualification:5-7 years of audience development demand generation and/or field marketing experience in the B2B/enterprise software industry including specific experience in generating demand for executive eventsPossess high levels of tact and diplomacy and ability to interact with all levels of people including senior executivesResourceful and a self-starter who works best in a team environmentExtensive experience working closely with multiple extended teams including sales, presales, alliances, and marketingOther Qualifications:Positive and have a consistent customer service orientationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFlexible in a fast-paced setting with competing and ever-changing tasksSense of urgency and strong work ethic are mustsStrong Salesforce experience is required and Tableau experience is desiredDesire to keep up with best practices and industry/market trendsKnowledgeable about the executive audienceIND123
