This role will be responsible for driving the growth and success of partnerships at Addepar through data-driven marketing strategies and cross-functional efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B performance marketing, experience in the financial technology industry, and a proven track record of managing and delivering high-impact marketing initiatives.
Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.
The current range for this role is $90,000 - $140,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

What You’ll Do
Drive Growth:
Build and implement performance marketing initiatives that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement of Addepar's partnerships, including go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Lead Multi-Channel Campaigns:
Deliver marketing strategies across channels (digital, content, events, etc.) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline.
Collaborate:
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to build and deliver joint marketing initiatives.
Manage Relationships:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners and integration team members to ensure alignment and optimize mutual benefits.
Optimize Campaigns:
Leverage marketing automation, CRM and analytics platforms to efficiently monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Identify Areas of Opportunity:
Recognize new partnership opportunities and collaborate with the business development team to assess and prioritize potential integrations.
Design Partnership Onboarding Experience:
Design and implement an efficient process, including co-marketing initiatives ensuring seamless integration and success.
Industry Engagement:
Represent Addepar at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
Commitment to Learning:
Stay apprised of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to advise marketing initiatives.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the financial technology or software industry.
Proven experience leading and driving partnership marketing programs.
Strong project management skills specifically managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build interpersonal connections with partners and internal collaborators.
Creative problem solver with a strategic perspective and a data-driven approach.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
