Resourceful and skilled in spotting and engaging creators with potential to generate sales.Enjoy partnering with, guiding, and mentoring creators.Respect and appreciate creators’ talent and hard work.Immersed in TikTok’s features, trends, practices, and audience behavior.Understanding of and interest in TikTok Shop and social commerce in general.Excellent communicator, negotiator, and problem-solver.Able to absorb brand requirements and help creators understand them.An eye for detail in reviewing creator videos against brand requirements.An organized person who can keep creator video activity on track.What You Will Be Doing:
Identifying, building, and maintaining positive relationships with high-potential creators.Matching creators with brands that are a good fit for both creator affiliate commission and fee-based programs.Guiding and mentoring creators to meet brand requirements, make great videos, and maximize their commissions, fees, and sponsorship opportunities.The Specifics:
Full-time with benefits.Primarily remote with some in-person meetings when needed.Compensation: competitive.Lots of room to advance as we grow.Qualifications:
