PV Customer Relationship and Marketing Tech (CRMT) owns product development of an intelligent channel agnostic engagement automation designed to provide a holistic view of a prime video customer's lifecycle state, recommendations they have seen, and/or marketing messages they have (or have not) received. Using smart rules and machine learning, the self-learning system sends relevant, timely, and personalized content on a fully automated basis. We are building a multi-channel campaign management system powered by customer profile data, engagement propensity models, and recommendations to enable automated customer segmentation and targeting.

Key job responsibilitiesPreparing Test Plan & Test Strategy for Dynamic journey use-cases and/or platform feature launches.Execute both functional & Performance tests.Automate tests by leveraging existing automation frameworks and making enhancements in existing frameworks.Add automated tests to the pipelines to have a scalable DevOps model with minimum developer friction.

A day in the lifeAs a QAE on the PV CRMT Last mile team, you will champion the quality of our features in our development pipeline using both automated and manual tests, reporting and verifying defects, and signing-off on features and release candidates.You will own authoring and the execution of test plans and test cases.You will have a significant impact on the quality and delivery speed of our software, our business, and most importantly our customers.You will work closely with developers, product managers, marketing managers, and other QA in order to ensure the features we deliver to our customers have a high level of quality.In addition, you will also have the opportunity to propose improvements to our existing processes and automated tools in order to improve the team's speed, quality, and efficiency.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience.Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects.Experience in automation testing.Experience in manual testing.Bachelor's degree.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or Appium.Experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product quality.Experience in testing communication channels such as email, push notifications, etc.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $102,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
