Digital Marketing Manager, Field Marketing - NAMER The Digital Marketing Manager is a key contributor to the most impactful and visible digital marketing campaigns executed by the AWS Americas Marketing team. This role will focus on delivering best-in-class digital experiences for AWS events, lifecycle campaigns, and more. You will create and optimize scalable digital marketing processes, operationalize best practices, leverage new tools and platforms, oversee digital execution, and provide team leadership on complex digital tactics. This is a data-driven role that will influence marketing programs with strategic thought leadership and customer experience solutions to ensure campaign goals are met. The ideal candidate for this role will be equally analytical and creative, and have a proven track record leading teams in building and executing strategic lead generation events campaigns that drive new customer acquisition generate pipeline.
Is this your next job Read the full description below to find out, and do not hesitate to make an application.Key job responsibilities:Lead execution of digital marketing campaigns including program/project management, build, QA, deployment, testing, and reporting.Oversee intake, scoping, capacity planning, and execution workflow for digital marketing and lead generation activities in partnership with cross-functional internal stakeholders.Lead automation initiatives to improve processes and productivity, enabling the digital marketing team to scale with high bars on quality and efficiency.Identify and share best practices for audience targeting and database hygiene, email/digital marketing strategy, events, tracking instrumentation and digital channel measurement.Partner with other AWS Marketing teams to ensure campaign setup and execution process consistency with global practices, and to influence development and optimization of global practices based on Americas priorities.Develop and analyze digital channel performance metrics to drive future marketing decisions and optimize lead acquisition and activation strategy.Oversee the creation and optimization of email, landing page, and marketing activity program templates in Marketo, Uberflip, Splashthat, Adobe Experience Manager, and other martech tools.Deliver clear, consistent, and frequent communication with Field Marketing and Events stakeholders to ensure ongoing clarity on strategy, tactics, goals, and performance for digital channels.Minimum Requirements:4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experienceExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaignsExperience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teamsExperience in multi-territory campaign managementExperience in digital marketing and content production timelines and processAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
