We are looking for a talented leader and experienced product marketer to lead the Technology Workflows product and solutions marketing team. Technology Workflows is our largest and most strategic business including: IT Service Management (https://www.servicenow.com/products/itsm.html) , IT Operations (https://www.servicenow.com/products/it-operations-management.html) , Asset Management (https://www.servicenow.com/products/it-asset-management.html) , Strategic Portfolio Management (https://www.servicenow.com/products/strategic-portfolio-management.html) , Cyber Security and Risk (https://www.servicenow.com/solutions/cybersecurity.html) and more. You will be responsible for messaging and positioning, product enablement, thought leadership, go-to-market and product launches.

You will partner closely with global marketing, product management, sales and solution consulting to position ServiceNow as the leader across multiple product categories, generate and accelerate pipeline and increase adoption of the Technology Workflows. While our business is growing fast, we believe a driven, passionate individual can accelerate our growth and market leadership further.

What you get to do in this role

Own product marketing for ServiceNow Technology Workflows. Create and drive the Technology Workflows product marketing strategy, positioning, messaging and go-to-market.

Develop positioning and messaging informed by user research, market insights, and deep product understanding. Work with the global marketing and comms teams to develop a strategy to create awareness with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs and drive thought leadership across the C-suite.

Partner with brand, creative, thought leadership to deliver differentiated and engaging content, influence appropriate inclusion across campaigns, and work with PR and analysts to drive industry awareness and credibility.

Own and execute the strategy for how we launch new Technology Workflows solutions and capabilities.

Deliver strategic assets such as demos, marketing videos, and web content.

Drive quality pipeline with innovative demos on ServiceNow.com and YouTube.

Cultivate a broad set of customer stories across industries, use cases and geographies to showcase the value customers are achieving.

Drive internal alignment with extended product and solution marketing teams.

Develop team and cultivate talent.

Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred.

15+ years of product management or product marketing experience with at least 5 years of experience in B2B technologies.

VP/SVP Product Management and/or Product Marketing experience in technology platform infrastructure, application platform, or application development market segments.

Expert knowledge of AI, CIO strategic priorities, Chief Security Officer, cloud operations, hyperscalers and low code app development.

Strong ability to inspire and coach, with a proven track record of hiring, managing, and leading high-performance teams.

Results-driven, and comfortable with both the analytical and creative sides of marketing.

Extremely organized and detail oriented with the ability to go from 1,000 feet as a leader to 10 feet as an executor when needed.

Demonstrated ability to work across functions within and outside of marketing building relationships to drive results.

Up to 25% travel to support sales efforts and industry events, as global health situations permit.

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $248,100 - $421,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
