As a VP, Executive Production Supervisor, you drive production success within an ever-evolving, performance-driven team. Providing overall subject matter expertise and leadership to the integrated team can be difficult, but your deep-rooted knowledge, tact, and good judgment when interacting with others allows you to tackle the challenge. You have the work mentality of a production supervisor knowing what it takes to get work done, and how to drive a multi-agency team with vast supplier relationships towards success. Your team sees you as equal parts mentor and leader and appreciates your ability to rally a centralized vision towards success. You are able to manage a multidisciplinary team of production talents across offices and appreciate the art of delegation in order to maintain efficiencies across multiple time zones. A hard production deadline doesn’t make you sweat; it gets you out of bed, knowing you’re skilled in helping shape the right cast, enabled with the right martech solutions and tools, to meet the needs of the task at hand. Most importantly, you are a polished professional with a structured approach which understands the overarching business agenda, leaning on your client services and ops teams to reflect intelligent collaboration. You appreciate a data-driven model and can describe any martech acronym, DAM, CMP, DSP, DCO, etc., thrown at you with poise and confidence knowing with full confidence that this is the side of the industry you call home.

Are you ready to apply Make sure you understand all the responsibilities and tasks associated with this role before proceeding.You will:Direct all aspects of the Clients' optimized dynamic production model, while also effectively supporting the broader business vision within an integrated agency structure.Drive our agency’s production evolution by joining Flywheel – our next-gen production solution which combines the art of systems design, intelligent automation, and asset technology within a highly-scaled operational built to support personalization – at the leadership level.Co-lead the team of Design Directors, Creative Engineers, Production Designers, QA, Proof, asset managers, and supervisors – across global and localized studio and starlight hubs of production.Work closely with the traditional brand agency and your design leadership team to ensure creative is optimized for media and scale.Help guide the evolution from manual-based traditional production design workflows to one of automation.Resolve conflict and chaos within the daily pressures of running a complex production solution and those within it.Work closely with your VP Client Partner and Operations director ensuring project needs are well understood, staffed, and budgeted towards success.Collaborate and mature their party production partnership, defining customized solutions for the unique needs of the client’s production brief.Deliver client performance and results by managing a production practice aligned to technology, innovation, and business objective for one of the world’s largest brands.Ensure optimal casting of people to the right projects and briefs and work with your operations team to implement.Drive hiring and supplier negotiations to onboard production solutions and staff to successfully manage the work.Develop strong and trusted relationships with client stakeholders.

You have:10-12 years of production experience in content creation, marketing, advertising, or automation design and creative consulting.Demonstrated understanding of digital performance marketing, analytics & optimization models, and supporting AdTech and eCommerce technologies (i.e., DCO, creative automation).Experience on fast-paced, high-volume retail accounts. Tech and Telecom experience are a plus.Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.Proven ability to manage complex teams and client relations. Experience navigating complex, integrated multi-agency team structures strongly preferred.Strong leadership skills to motivate your team.In-depth knowledge of content management, metadata schema, creative taxonomy, and AI-driven optimization models aligned to DCO best practice.Outstanding attention to detail.Ability to react quickly, assess, and assemble the ideal team to effectively implement solutions.Experience running a fast-paced, quickly growing studio of like-minded “maker” practitioners inclusive of creative and production talents and everything in between.Tried and true instinctual knowledge that only comes from lessons learnt along the way.A relentless tenacity to deliver and get things done.
