You’ll collaborate with a diverse group of experts who are passionate about delivering innovative solutions that simplify complex workflows and enhance productivity for our global user base.Role SummaryAs a Senior Product Designer at DroneDeploy, you will be at the forefront of designing intuitive and impactful user experiences for our industry-leading platform. You will lead the design process from research through to final implementation, ensuring our products not only meet user needs but also align with DroneDeploy’s mission to provide scalable, intelligent, and automated reality capture solutions. Your work will play a pivotal role in helping our customers achieve their goals more efficiently, whether they're in construction, energy, agriculture, or other key industries. Standard working hours are 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, but we offer flexibility to accommodate different schedules. If you're passionate about user-centered design and excited to work on innovative solutions that power the world, we encourage you to apply.ResponsibilitiesLead the full design lifecycle, from user research and prototyping to final design implementation.Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency and scalability across DroneDeploy’s platform.Apply customer-centric frameworks such as Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) to create designs that deeply resonate with user needs and drive business goals.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and customer success, to align designs with business objectives and resource constraints.Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on real-world feedback to continuously enhance the user experience.Present and articulate design decisions and concepts to stakeholders across the organization, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy.RequirementsProven experience leading end-to-end design projects, from research to implementation.Strong proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma.Experience in developing and managing scalable design systems.Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and experience applying JTBD or similar frameworks.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fully remote, cross-functional team environment.A portfolio showcasing your ability to deliver impactful, user-centered design solutions that align with business objectives.Available to work standard working hours 9 am - 6 pm within the Pacific Standard time zone.Available to travel occasionally domestically for training sessions and company events.Employee Offerings & Benefits include:(may vary by location)Innovative company cultureDrone pilot certificationFlexible work schedulesFlexible work locationFamily paid leaveBest-in-class healthcare benefitsProfessional development & career advancementsFlexible paid time offEmployee referral bonusDroneDeploy is an equal-opportunity employer.All DroneDeploy employees are responsible for assisting in protecting the company and customer data by following information security policies and procedures.
