Our portfolios can be adapted to the individual requirements of our customers, contributing worldwide to new insights and solutions in many areas of science, research, and development.This position is based full-time on-site at the X-Ray Technology office in Scotts Valley, CA.Your Tasks:Collaborate in our dynamic and flexible Oxford X-ray Technology team.Ensure that all documents and records, in support of factory controls, comply with applicable regulations and standards, including but not limited to our Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015, product compliance, the NPI process, and our product lifecycle.Drive Engineering documentation for New Product Introduction in close quarters to the PMO Project Manager.Assist the Document Control Project Coordinator to ensure the system maintains controlled documentation whenever released to Production.Assist the Document Control Project Coordinator to ensure our customers have swift and accurate responses for export classification and product compliance requests.Focus on efficient peer-reviewed completion of change notification document deliverables with Quality and R&D Engineering teams.Embrace Continuous Improvement processes, generating and auditing work instructions to support sustaining factory functions.Master enterprise software and set standards for organizational skills.Your Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 5 years of industry experience.Working knowledge of MCAD, ECAD, ERP, and PLM systems advantageous.Experience with X-ray products preferred.Demonstrated ability to support multiple facets across the factory organization.Enthusiasm for getting to the finish line.Self-driven, emotionally invested, and able to work with diverse teams.Excellent written and spoken English skills.Salary:

In accordance with California law, the expected salary for this position is between $70,000 - $80,000.
