Apply fast, check the full description by scrolling below to find out the full requirements for this role.We are seeking a talented Music Director to join our team and direct our upcoming musical “Sister Act.” The Music Director will be responsible for leading and directing musical performances, overseeing music rehearsals, and collaborating with the director and choreographer to create exceptional musical experiences.
Responsibilities- Conduct rehearsals to ensure performers are prepared for performances- Provide guidance and mentorship to performers- Collaborate with other artistic staff to coordinate music with other elements of productions- Educate performers on musical techniques and styles- Communicate effectively with production team members
Experience- Proven experience as a Music Director or similar role- Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire performers- Ability to educate and mentor performers effectively- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members
