This individual will lead a dynamic team to enhance the Chamber’s visibility, engagement, and value to its members and the broader business community. The VP will work closely with the President/CEO and other senior staff to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the Chamber’s mission and goals.Key Responsibilities:Membership Development:Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement a comprehensive membership growth strategy, focusing on recruitment, retention, and engagement.Member Relations:

Foster strong relationships with existing members, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement through regular communication and personalized services.New Member Acquisition:

Identify and pursue new member opportunities through networking, outreach, and partnership development.Membership Programs:

Oversee the development and execution of programs and services that provide value to members and enhance the Chamber’s offerings.Events Management:Event Strategy:

Lead the planning and execution of all Chamber signature events, networking events, workshops, and special programs.Sponsorship Development:

Oversee sponsorship budget and partnerships to support Chamber events and initiatives.Event Logistics:

Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and marketing.Event Innovation:

Continuously assess and improve the Chamber’s event offerings to ensure they meet members’ needs and industry trends.Marketing & Communications:Brand Management:

Ensure consistent and effective messaging across all marketing and communication channels, aligning with the Chamber’s brand and mission.Marketing Strategy:

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that includes digital, print, and social media strategies to promote the Chamber’s programs, events, and initiatives.Public Relations:

Manage media relations and public communications.Content Development:

Oversee the creation of engaging content for newsletters, websites, social media, and other communication platforms.Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communications, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.Leadership & Management:Team Leadership:

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of professionals on the membership, events, marketing, and communications team. Team of 6.Budget Management:

Oversee the budgeting process for membership, events, marketing, and communications, ensuring fiscal responsibility and alignment with organizational goals. 2 million of the overall Chamber budget.Strategic Partnerships:
