Practice DescriptionFairview Health Services is seeking a CASUAL Nurse Pracitioner to join our Acute and Diagnostic Services (ADS) team. Acute and Diagnostic Services locations include: Burnsville, Maple Grove, Edina, Maplewood and Wyoming.Practice Details:The Acute and Diagnostic Services team is a member of the primary care health care team who works in collaboration with providers and other medical staff to provide acute and diagnostic services to stable patients that are not available or feasible in a primary care clinic. The role of an ADS physician assistant is to provide assessment and treatment for stable patients who require services that are more complex, require a longer intervention, or are services that are not provided in a typical primary care or urgent care clinic - but do not require emergency department stabilization services. Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required).Must have a minimum of 3+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience.
