Marketing Manager, Communications and Brand Content

will lead all marketing, communication, and content creation efforts to elevate the brand presence of our real estate brokerage. This role will be responsible for creating and executing strategic marketing initiatives, developing compelling content, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. The successful candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent storytelling abilities, and a track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, brand recognition, and client engagement.Communications:Copywriting for and oversee design of brokerage’s internal and external communications.Manage and provide reporting on internal and external communicationsPrepare content for leadership communications, such as speeches, presentations, and talking points.Continuously monitor and refine communication strategies for effectiveness and tone of voice.Work closely with the Social Media Manager on brand voice through our social platformsBrand Content:Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content to enhance brand visibilityWork closely with the CMO and Director of Marketing in the development and execution of brand marketing campaigns, from ideation to implementation for general real estate and the brokerageConceptualize, copywrite, collaborate with design team, and launch content across multiple channels (social, print, email) that supports the real estate associates’ and their businessConceptualize, copywrite, collaborate with design team, and launch content across multiple channels (social, print, email) that supports the brokerage and ONE SIR brandOversee and manage all content available to our associates across our marketing profiles (Okta, Studio ONE, ActivePipe)Development Division:·

Collaborate with the development division marketing team on brand events, partnerships, and communicationsPublic Relations:Manage relationships with PR agencies and oversee public relations activities.Collaborate with PR partners to enhance the company’s public communications and manage media relations.Partnerships & Sponsorships:Manage all marketing and relationships with corporate partners, including events and asset management (e.g., partnerships with Miami Heat, Art Basel and United Way, Development Division brand events, International Events).Advertising:Assist with copywriting and oversee design of print and digital advertising campaignsGeneral Duties:Monthly reporting on open and click through ratesMonthly reporting on communications and content sharedProvide copywriting support as needed.Manage the company’s event calendarParticipate in leadership and team meetings to align marketing initiatives with broader company goals.Handle Marketing communications to company department heads: ie Weekly Leadership/Manager Call, Weekly Marketing update email, Operational MonthlyMarket Research: conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies.Requirements·

3-5 years experience in communications role·

Copywriting experience a must·

Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on brand development·

Experience managing creative teams and working with external vendors/agencies·

Strong project management skills·

Real estate industry knowledge and experience a plusBenefits-
