Senior User Experience Designer

Title: UX Designer with Program ManagerLocation: Menlo Park, CA(Full Remote)Type: ContractDuration: 6 MonthsSeeking a website project manager will play a key role in amplifying our brand vision and collaborate with a passionate, candidate-centric team dedicated to shipping a top-tier product.You'll conceptualize, project manage and lead initiatives for a career site with the mission of engaging, informing and compelling prospective and current job candidates.Core responsibilities:Project manage all aspects of the careers site, utilizing PM tools/systemsManage and brief agency partners, enabling them to do their very best workDrive alignment and partner closely with cross-functional teams across recruiting products verticalDevelop measurable KPIs and track performance to provide data-backed insights to optimize current structures and find new opportunity areasBe the expert in employer brand voice, tone, and visual identityApply systems thinking to the product, whether it's conducting audits of existing experiences or creating information architecture.Create or contribute to high-fidelity design mockups using Figma.Heavily collaborate with partners across disciplines, including engineering, design and marketing, to take user experiences from conception to launch.Demonstrate sound judgment and help shape careers site narratives, along with employer brand team direction and strategy.Independently and proactively identify and work on projects that span multiple careers site verticals.Develop strategic creative briefs that align to the business objectives, brand strategy and goals of the employer brand team.Minimum Qualifications8+ years of project management experience3+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, product management, or product designExperience working in a fast paced environment, thriving amidst ambiguity while ensuring executional excellenceExperience in leading and working in matrixed teams and organizationsA working knowledge of best practices in content design, product design and user flowsCompensation:The estimated pay range for this position is USD $80.00/Hr - USD $85.00/Hr and is a Non-Exempt role.Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.Benefits:We offer comprehensive benefit options which vary depending on role, location, and employment type.
