Job DescriptionResponsibilities:8+ years of experience in desiging complex web applicationUX Design lead with experience of leading small team of 4-5 designers across onsite and offshore locationExcellent communication skills and ability to manage client expectationDeploy, develop and enforce standards established in style guideCreate and iterate using wireframes, mockups, and prototypesDevelop site flows for internal and customer-facing web propertiesTest, research, and analyze experiences by the user across digital assets and applicationsExperience with web and mobile designProficiency in Sketch for creating UX/UI designs and prototypesKnowledge / familiarity with InVision in order to pass off work to developersProficiency in design and developing flows, wireframes and visual designProficiency in developing content architectures that will help users to navigate a web property5 years of relevant industry experienceMust submit a portfolio along with applicationJob ResponsibilitiesUnderstand requirementsVisual designs for the projectWork with engineering team to handover the designs for implementation
